The loss of normal function can be a devastating blow to you and your family when disease, injury, or disability hits. You may not be able to comfortably and efficiently get about, unable to function or take care of yourself or your family, unable to enjoy life to its fullest. If this disability affects the arms, legs, or back, an orthotic device, also called a brace, may be required to provide protection. In several types and fabrics, Orthoses come.

They can be either prefabricated or custom made, lightweight or heavy-duty, basic or complex. There are several choices and characteristics to consider, and it takes a highly qualified person to analyze the situation correctly and formulate a strategy for the best outcome. The medial and lateral joint axes are co-aligned by Tamarack Joint Selves. The special inner filament center of high strength avoids elongation and ensures precise hinging action. In the case of patients with:

Similar to conventional metal dorsi-assist ankle joints, the biassed design provides motion assist control.
In the case of patients with:

• Mild/ Moderate Spasticity or Drop foot
• Dorsiflexors Weakness

The Clevisphere ankle joint is an adjustable free-motion stop ankle joint featuring a spherical wing that can rotate within a 24 conical range around any axis and provides automatic co-alignment of the medical and lateral joint axes. In the case of patients with:

  • Flaccidity during help and tibial torsions at Ankle.

Scotty is an ankle joint made of free motion stainless steel.

In order to construct a free motion AFO, Oklahoma is a cost-effective process. When used with a posterior stop set, the AFO is applied to motion control.

A new design for OA bracing began to be created by inventors in 1986.


The 3-Point Leverage System is born.

The idea was that, when the counter force of a diagonal Dynamic Force Strap ® was applied, the upper and lower shells of the brace frame would serve as leverage arms by applying a valgus bend to a single, medial upright. This would alleviate pressure, unloading weight from the medial compartment of the knee. The first survey. The latest technology:  The One Unloader. Since its beginning, Unloader One has become the most important redesign of the Unloader concept. Unloader One is available in both custom and OTS versions and provides a new twist to the standard 3-Point Leverage System. The brace has a flexible upright and the counterforce is spread through two points of contact by Dual Dynamic Force Braces. Ossur Sensil ® Silicone Technology Unloader One provides superior unloading capacity and reduced chance of migration with a ratcheting dynamic force control system and padding. The Unloader One, while increasing the unloading power and enhancing comfort and compliance, has been simplified to half of its previous weight.
